E S2024-08-21This is definitely not my typical review but I felt I had to. It is difficult enough to lose a parent. You are heartbroken and overwhelmed with the loss and everything that needs to be done. Imagine my surprise when (on top of all the grief I had to deal with) one of the biggest problems I had was finding someone to inscribe the existing tombstone for my father. Almost all companies I reached out to refused to work on a stone if you did not buy it from them. Well the problem was that the double stone was purchased 15 years before, when my mom died, and since then the company that I bought it from closed! So I could not go back to the original company. So after most of the other companies refused to do the work, or quoted me a RIDICULOUS amount of money to do it, I came across Boris at Eternity Monuments. From the moment I spoke to him, he was so sweet and understanding. He immediately told me that they can definitely get this done for me...and at a normal price. The company was very professional from sending me proofs to doing the job in the time promised AND absolutely beautifully. They made this very sad time much easier. Hopefully non of my friends or loved ones need these kind of services anytime soon but if they do ETERNITY MONUMENTS would be the place I recommend!Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
