We came to Eternity Monuments on the heels of a bad experience with a different monument company. We were wary and jaded and looking for someone dependable. Unfortunately, every company I looked into had at least a couple of alarmingly bad reviews. It finally occurred to me to call the cemetery and ask them which monument company or companies were most frequently used by other customers and among those, whether they could recommend any that they themselves found most professional and reliable. We were recommended Eternity Monuments. The initial meeting with Boris and Elizabeth left a positive impression on both my mother and I. They were very courteous, personable and professional and took the time to go through a whole host of options with us. What finally sealed my impression of them is what followed. We spent several months reviewing draft proofs. I have to admit that I am not an easy customer—on top of being a perfectionist, I spent a considerable amount of time in a profession that required close attention to detail and constantly reviewing and correcting proofs. It took considerable back and forth, as well as thinking outside the box, but in the end Boris and Elizabeth delivered exactly what I envisioned and requested. They were receptive and accommodating on everything, including schedule, price, number of revisions, delivery time, etc. I largely worked with Boris on the proofs and he was always eager to help, and available to address any questions and offer suggestions. One of those suggestions was a detail on the base of the monument, which turned out beautiful, just like everything else.
